Connor Longo earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The University of Rhode Island in 2020. Connor is our staff pharmacist who works to provide the best patient care for every patient he comes across. Over the past 8 years, Connor has worked as a pharmacy intern at Precision Pharmacy retail locations as well as the Long-Term Care pharmacy. Connor continues to educate himself in the many fields that pharmacy has to offer. Licensed Pharmacist in both New York and Nebraska with a PharmD degree obtained at St. John’s University: College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Being passionate about patient care and optimizing outcomes, she was thrilled to be hired by Precision Compounding Pharmacy and Wellness and Precision Pharmacy LTC. Working in both the retail and compounding pharmaceutical settings gives her the ability to understand different aspects of the industry to better aid her in abilities to help her patients. Looking toward the future of medicine, she has a deep interest in Telemedicine as she see’s it as a revolutionary tool towards the betterment of patients. Kevin von Bargen earned his Pharm D. degree from The University of South Florida, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Florida State University. Kevin is our staff pharmacist who has worked in many different areas of pharmacy including institutional, critical care, and compounding. He enjoys working with patients and physicians to formulate medications for their individual needs. Kevin is certified as an LP3 network hormone specialist, and is currently working to get certified by the American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners. Justin is a seasoned entrepreneur with experience developing custom software solutions in a variety of verticals. He leads Precision Compounding Pharmacy’s customer-centric software team, and is focused on expanding and enhancing our technical capabilities to best support our telehealth partners and our patients. Josh is the Executive Vice President of Growth and Strategy at Precision Compounding Pharmacy. He is a pharmacist by trade, having graduated from Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy in NY. Josh is a certified specialty pharmacist (CSP) and holds licenses in 14 different states. With over a decade of experience, Josh has focused on building and managing large-scale digital fulfillment pharmacies in the compounding, specialty, and mail-order industry, ensuring millions of patients receive premium care. His expertise lies in effectively scaling organizations while prioritizing best-in-class service and care for patients and partners. In his role at Precision, Josh leads various teams including customer success, sales, pricing and contracting, and oversees major strategic initiatives in collaboration with department heads to drive the company’s growth and success.

Richard is our Operations Manager where he applies new ideas to help streamline our procedures. Adapt and overcome are his main objectives. Richard has worked every job on the ground floor, between shipping and handling, to machine operator, and IT specialist. With the knowledge of previous jobs and the drive to grow, Rich has helped create and implement our core values across the company.
